Injectable fillers are one of the fastest-growing categories on RealSelf. In an effort to bring awareness to this rising MedAesthetics category and increase both member engagement and overall brand awareness, RealSelf asked its community to nominate their favorite aesthetic injectors. During the three-week voting period, consumers across the country nominated and shared love for their favorite injector. Over 20,000 nominations were received for more than 2,000 aesthetic providers. In the end, 25 aesthetic injectors were awarded the title “Top Injector.” Project Goals: The goal was to create a two-phased campaign: 1) a teaser campaign to generate excitement and encourage nominations, followed by 2) the grand reveal of the awarded top 25 injectors. Execution: This campaign was almost exclusively brought to life on social media — primarily Instagram. Consequently, the art direction relied heavily on emojis and well-known social media iconography to match its ultimate execution, as well as to keep the art lighthearted, playful, and encourage participation. In order to keep the brand at the forefront, primary brand colors of coral and blush were used to heighten brand awareness.
